A hotel that belongs to its land
PELITKÖY · OLIVE GROVEMyStar Hotel was founded in a valley at the foot of Mount Ida — in Burhaniye Pelitköy — where the northern wind brushes the olive trees. The concept wasn’t to place a luxury hotel inside a region — but to become part of it.
Our stone is from Edremit quarries, our wood from local cedar, our kilims from Yörük looms. 70% of our food comes from producers within a 30 km radius; vegetables in season, olive oil and honey year-round.
Most importantly, the waters — rising from an ancient aquifer 480 meters underground — are rich in calcium, magnesium and sulfate. The pools, hammam and baths they feed invite you into a ritual that is thousands of years old.
